Okay, back from the New Year's break, and back on the horse. The worst is hopefully over, so I'm going to try to get back on a regimen of updating this blog with something every day. And if I fail, I know you'll let me know.
Upcoming in the pipeline, I've got another week of Comics-I-Worked-On retrospectives (will Mark Waid's fondest American Idol-style wish be granted, and a book he wrote be among those chosen for this honor?) And I've come up with a new wrinkle for the next Marvel Editorial Simulator, although that's going to have to wait until CIVIL WAR is finished for me to have the time to devote to it.
And speaking of CIVIL WAR, along with his Xmas card this year, Steve McNiven sent my office these swanky Marvel stickers from the '70s. I remember these things being on lunchboxes and book binders everywhere in my youth--and even then, they weren't really all that funny. But they do show the depths to which we'll sometimes sink in terms of licensing. And hey, any excuse to have Galactus without any pants...
