Hey, there Marvelites of all shapes and sizes! As you may know, we have a new comic out called NEW EXILES which has a new letters page… and you know what that means!

That's right, we need a name to put up at the top of the page next to our fabulous Chris Giarrusso "Mini-Exiles" art. Send in your ideas, and you can win a chance to feel good about yourself! That's enough of a prize, right? No? Hm. Well, then, one winner will also receive a copy of the first issue of NEW EXILES, signed by Mssrs. Claremont & Grummett! Still not worth the time it will take to think up a really choice title? What if we also throw in an original sketch by Mr. Tom Grummett of the NEW EXILES team-member of your choice? Now it's worth your while, is it not?

The Contest begins January 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends February 13, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Any U.S. resident age eighteen or over can enter, except employees, agents, or representatives of Marvel Entertainment Inc., or any of its parents, subsidiaries, sister companies, licensees, affiliates, promotional or advertising sponsors, or any member of their immediate family. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of delivery by the post office, will not be eligible. Marvel Entertainment, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, or otherwise in violation of the rules. Marvel Entertainment, Inc. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest if incapable of being completed as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort.

One (1) first prize winner will be selected by a member or members of the editorial staff Marvel Entertainment (the "Judge(s)"). The Judge(s) will announce the winner in a future issue of New Exiles. All decisions of the Judge(s) are final and binding.
The winner will receive a copy of the first issue of New Exiles signed by Chris Claremont and Tom Grummett and an original sketch by Tom Grummett (the "Prize"). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Judge(s). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $30. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

The Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for the Prize except by Marvel Entertainment, Inc., in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

All entries become the property of Marvel Entertainment, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent to use winner's name, likeness, and winning entry for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and copyright transfer/liability/publicity/permission release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within thirty (30) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
