First Look: Iron Man Takes on M.O.D.O.G.
INVINCIBLE IRON MAN creators Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca give M.O.D.O.K. a 21st Century upgrade

We love each and every Marvel character here at Marvel.com, but there always has been and always will be a special place in our hearts for M.O.D.O.K., the big-headed maniac created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
So when we heard that Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca were unleashing a new M.O.D.O.K. upon Tony Stark in the pages of INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #2, we just had to have the first look!
Behold now, M.O.D.O.G.: the Mental Organism Designed Only for Genocide!!!
Fraction, aka M.O.D.O.W. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Writing, obviously), has this to say about the mighty M.O.D.O.G.: "I was more than happy to just have these losers from the opening issues of INVINCIBLE IRON MAN be a headless—pardon the pun—A.I.M. splinter group running around and talking tough before Tony and team show up and shut 'em down. Then Salva asked if he'd be getting to draw M.O.D.O.K., and both Warren and I realized that if there was any kind of justice in this cold and unloving world then YES, Salvador Larroca WOULD get to draw M.O.D.O.K. Or the more appropriate M.O.D.O.G., as this is Advanced Genocide Mechanics, after all."
And for those of you who expected M.O.D.O.G. to be some sort of big-headed, killer canine monstrosity...well, that's just preposterous. All hail M.O.D.O.G.!
What about M.O.D.O.R?(Mental- Organism- Designed- Only for Retards)
I prefer M.O.R.D.O.R. (Mental Organism Retardedly Designed Only for Retards)
Now its a LOTR reference too. Awesome
