The evening's creeping up on the Javitz Center and the Cup of Joe room is PACKED. Fans are taking every possible seat as they wait for Joe and company to make it to the panel room.
In attendance at the panel are: Joe Quesada, Jim McCann, Bill Rosemann, Dan Buckley, Arthur Suydam, Cristos Gage, C.B. Cebulski and the fine fan who won the EIC for a day contest.

Joe kicked things off of the two-hour, announcement-packed Cup O' Joe!

Off the bat: Will Marvel Apes ever happen? Joe said an editor has taken the ball and there will be a Marvel Apes book. Suydam on covers? Maybe!
Someone wants to see the return of Ultraverse. Joe said it's a long story and Dan Buckley advises to go the back issue bins. That's probably the only place you'll see Ultraverse.
There were many questions, but few hit home like when one fan asked about the story of Daredevil: Father. Joe explained the roots of the story and the emotional resonance it has for him. No jokes here.
Someone asked about Mystic Arcana and how magic will be rectified and handled. Look for things to be resolved as making sense of magic will be one of the goals of the series.
Is Nick Fury coming back to the spotlight of the Marvel U.? Joe says that Tony Stark is in charge. Looking for Nick? Check out recent issues of Captain America, where Nick's been popping up.
A fan asked if we'll ever see Ash, Joe Quesada and Jimmy Palmiotti's creator-owned character and series, at Marvel. Not anytime soon, but if there's a pitch, ya never know!
Someone had tha audacity to say they're M.O.D.O.K.'d out. How DARE they? I want all M.O.D.O.K., all the time.
Dan Buckley promised to give the fans Bryan Hitch's personal email address if the final issue of Ultimates 2 doesn't ship by this summer.
A soft-spoken fan asked if Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk would be finished. Joe said the third script is in and Damon is working on #4. Hot dog!
