The Civil War is over and the Pro-Registration heroes led by Iron Man have prevailed. Now, the Initiative has begun and is in full-effect in the pages of Iron Man #15, on-sale now, where Tony Stark has taken over as the new Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Plus, the shockwaves from the end of Civil War continue to be felt throughout the Marvel Universe in two Civil War epilogues as Ben Urich and Sally Floyd reveal the traitor of the Pro-Registration forces in Civil War Front Line #11 and Black Panther and Storm tackle the clone of Thor on Civil War's final battlefield in Black Panther #25.
If you thought Civil War changed the Marvel Universe, you will not want to miss the Initiative titles on-sale next week because even more earth-shattering status quo changes are in store for your favorite heroes.
Civil War: The Initiative, written by Brian Bendis and Warren Ellis with art by Marc Silvestri, introduces the new directions for Iron Man, the Mighty Avengers, the New Avengers, the Thunderbolts as well as the first appearance of the new Omega Flight.
Captain America #25 kicks off an incredibly shocking new era for Steve Rogers following his imprisonment at the end of Civil War that will have comicdom talking for months to come.
