Very little is known about the history of Counter-Earth’s Chain Lightning. It is known that at some point Baron Zemo convinced her to join his group of Thunderbolts. Earth’s Thunderbolts set out to put a stop to the Thunderbolts plans of launching a satellite into space to give Germany sole access to global communications giving them control over the world economy. This led to a confrontation between the two groups in which Chain Lightning was knocked unconscious by Jolt and Counter-Earth‘s Thunderbolts were defeated by their counter-parts. Chain Lightning’s current whereabouts are unknown.
