Fader is an alien who possesses the ability to refract the light that strikes his body into a specific spectrum of light, such as the ultraviolet, so as to hide himself in that spectrum, thus rendering himself invisible to the naked eye. Fader cannot, however, hide his voice, scent, body heat, or any other such traits, and therefore is still open to detection by other means.

Weapons
Fader wields a weapon he calls a "spazzgun" which can fire beams of concussive energy generated by the power pack he wears on his back.
