This picture should not be up. This picture is from the recent Power Pack/X-Men series which depicts them as being under twelve. Lightspeed (Julie Power) was previously depicted in Runaways as being older (maybe around eighteen or so). I would say that the X-Men Power Pack series (as well as the Avengers Power Pack series) is not in standard 616 continuity.
