No, not to Red Skull (Nazi), for two reasons. First, there's been at least THREE Nazi Red Skulls. Second, the naming convention is to use the character's real name as a clarifier, unless the real name is unknown or there are also multiple people with the same real name (such as with alternate reality versions of a character).
