Entertainment Weekly’s Best of 2018 Highlights Marvel Comics and Creators

The House of Ideas continues the legacy of the best comics around!

In their yearly tradition, Entertainment Weekly rounded-up the best comics of 2018 and Marvel made the list not once, not twice, but THREE times. With honors for some of Marvel Comics top creators, characters and comic books, it's great to see the staff at Entertainment Weekly continue to make theirs Marvel. Congratulations to the writers, artists, colorists, letterers and editors and all the staff at Marvel Comics!

‘Best writer’: Ta-Nehisi Coates

True talent Ta-Nehisi Coates has killed it in 2018 as the series writer on both BLACK PANTHER and CAPTAIN AMERICA with incredible storytelling and original premises. While the empire of Wakanda goes intergalactic in BLACK PANTHER, Captain America faces off against the Power Elite.

‘Best revamp’: Runaways

That’s right, the Runaways are back and better than ever before in this latest time-traveling emotional revamp, created by the visionary team of writer Rainbow Rowell, artist Kris Anka and Eisner award-winning colorist Matthew Wilson.
