Mendez

Virtually nothing is known about Mendez except that he stood in agreement in destroying the Luminals arch-nemesis, Abyss. They took the villain to a place called Knowhere in an attempt to expel his body from the universe forever, but an unfortunate turn of events allowed Abyss to attack Mendez, and the Luminals, turning them into zombies. Mendez was forced to oppose Nova and his newfound ally Cosmo. Cosmo was able to hold Abyss' army off while Nova sealed Abyss back in his prison, and Mendez, along with the other zombies, crumbled to dust.
