"GWENPOOL? So, what, she can break the fourth wall. Have you read WEST COAST AVENGERS? They’ve cut even that 'power' WAY back! Speaking of reading, she thinks she knows everything about these heroes because she’s read their comics, but look at all the crazy new areas Al Ewing has been pushing Hulk into that she would know nothing about, as they happened AFTER she entered the Marvel Universe. I mean, have you read that book? It is DARK. That is a Hulk you DO NOT MESS WITH.

"I just…honestly, I feel bad for her. She’s stepping into a whole world of hurt."

Ouch! And here's Jordan's throwdown for his super self-aware Super Hero...

"I know what you’re thinking—Hulk Smash, right? Strongest there is, all that? Well, guess what—Gwenpool is thinking that, too, because she’s read all the comics, too. She’s read the issues where he gets locked in an underground vault, launched into orbit, calmed down by puppies—she’s seen Hulk beaten, so she can make that happen. Heck—she can think really hard about one of those times, and then drop him into the flashback to literally get beaten that same way again.

"Worst case scenario, if it looks like she’s gonna lose, she can just tear out the panels where it happens. She’s got this in the bag—the mylar bag, with a nice backing board snugged up against it."
