The Most Shocking ‘Ultimate Endgame’ Reveals (So Far)

It’s all been leading to this moment. While the Maker was trapped in the City for two years, the heroes of the Ultimate Universe united to resist his reign over their world. With ULTIMATE ENDGAME #3 just around the corner, let’s get up to speed on the current state of the Ultimate Universe. The diabolical genius known as the Maker, a Reed Richards variant from a decaying universe, used time travel to create his ideal Earth. In this new reality, he systematically prevented anyone from ever becoming a super hero. But Howard Stark trapped the Maker inside the City for the past two years, where time and space operated at an accelerated rate relative to the outside world. And in the Maker's absence, this world's heroes reclaimed their stolen destinies.

Now, Iron Lad (Tony Stark), Doom (Reed Richards), Spider-Man, and America Chavez venture into the City to confront the Maker head-on while the Ultimates network deals with the Maker’s Council around the globe.
