Cosplay at Katsucon

This past weekend, producer and photographer Judy Stephens joined thousands of cosplayers from across the country for Katsucon, an anime & video game convention at the Gaylord Hotel in Washington DC. Thanks to the Katsucon staff, we organized our annual Marvel Cosplay meet-up, with a highlight to the Black Panther cosplayers!
