Read through issue #645! Gillen and Doug Braithwaite brought Thor's dark, little brother back into the fray in this FEAR ITSELF tie-in series. With Thor imprisoned by Odin, and the rest of Asgard mistrustful of the young reincarnation of the god of mischief, Loki took what help he could get from avian advisor Ikol, the undead Tyr, and a bloodthirsty Hel wolf, for a journey to the underworld to thwart the god of fear.
Read through issue #544 and continue with UNCANNY X-MEN (2011). Gillen steered the X-Men through “Fear Itself,” “Schism” and “Regenesis”! After the X-Men were torn in two, Cyclops led a new “Extinction Team” including Storm, Emma Frost, Namor, Colossus, Magneto, and Magik. And it wasn’t a moment too soon, as a world-ending threat was mounting quickly.
Gillen embarked on a 28-issue run of the tech visionary Avenger, unearthing a long-buried secret around Stark’s parentage.
