Compound X07

A mysterious chemical created by A.I.M. scientists. When their tanker carrying this chemical collided with a church bus, the lone survivor (who was thrown from the bus unconscious into a puddle of the compound) gained lightning-fast healing and an insensitivity to pain, eventually becoming the costumed individual Madcap. The chemical may or may not have contributed to his mental instability.
