After being imprisoned by S.H.I.E.L.D, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Sandman, Electro and Kreven grouped together in order to kill Nick Fury and the President. To get the sixth member, Osborn kidnapped Peter Parker and threatened to kill his remaining family.
