A Preview of the Artistic Journey Featured in Next Month's 'Valkyrie' #3

Several artists will contribute to this issue, which takes Jane Foster to realms beyond life itself!

Jane Foster's new role as Valkyrie is taking her to places she's never been -- both emotionally and physically. Now that she's lost yet another close confidante, she's going to parts unknown to ensure a peaceful final journey. VALKYRIE: JANE FOSTER #3 -- on sale Wednesday, September 18 -- picks up right where issue #2 left off, so here is your official spoiler warning if you haven't read VALKYRIE: JANE FOSTER #2, which is on sale now!

Consider this your last warning!

At the end of issue #2, Heimdall died at the hands of Bullseye, who was wielding Brunnhilde's sword Dragonfang, making him nearly unstoppable. Jane destroyed Dragonfang, but not before Heimdall succumbed to his injuries. But his dying wish was not to let the Valkyrie take him Valhalla. Instead, he was promised a Journey into Mystery!

Valkyrie and Heimdall take this journey in VALKYRIE: JANE FOSTER #3, written by Jason Aaron and Al Ewing, with the assistance of an array of artists who present their own takes on the multiversal afterlife. Regular series artist CAFU is joined by Frazer Irving, Ramon Perez, and Cian Tormey (with colors by Jesus Aburtov on CAFU's, Perez's, and Tormey's work and inks by Roberto Poggi on Tormey's) to provide artwork as Valkyrie and Heimdall journey through the various afterlives of the Marvel Universe.
