That's a wrap on Day 3 of San Diego Comic-Con 2019! As Saturday comes to a close, Marvel made a lot of waves with its presentation at Hall H, where the next two years of Marvel Studios and Television were revealed! And that's not even including Marvel's Next Big Thing panel and what went on at the Marvel booth and the Marvel stage! Let's take a look at the day that was at SDCC 2019!
Marvel Studios
- Massive Marvel Studios news wowed the audience sitting in Hall H today! The titles coming in 2020/2021 were announced along with the Disney+ shows that will come exclusively to the streaming channel in November -- and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige had a star-studded slew of familiar faces to celebrate the news! Marvel Animation
- Marvel Animation looked back at 50 years of Marvel cartoons on television, including Spider-Man shows of yesterday and today -- and tomorrow!
Marvel Comics
- Rob Liefeld conducted a Q&A about Major X!
- Colorist Matt Wilson and creator Chip Zdarsky took home Eisner Awards this year!
- At Marvel's Next Big Thing panel, the DAWN OF X was unveiled!
Toys and More
- Hasbro unveiled its Avengers Legends Series based on Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame.
- Funko showed off their Marvel SDCC 2019 exclusives.
- Marvel took tours of the Hot Wheels, Beast Kingdom and LEGO booths!
Marvel Live
Tons of talent graced the Marvel booth and stage at Day 3! Here's everything that took place:
- Actor and comedian Phil Lamarr talked about playing all those characters.
- Marvel Executive Editor Nick Lowe shared what was going on in the wacky web of Marvel's Spider-Office.
- Bobby Moynihan showed his geeky side and talked about collecting.
- Marvel Animation's Cort Lane revealed that Shuri was coming to Marvel Rising!
- Nilah Magruder, writer of MARVEL RISING, talked about creating stories for the comic.
- Pro-wrestler Becky Lynch came to give Marvel a lesson in smackdowns.
- Sharon Blynn, who played Soren in Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel, talked about keeping secrets on the set.
- Sam Maggs is writing a Captain Marvel book!
- Margaret Stohl, who has also written for Earth's Mightiest Hero, talked about her creative process.
- Voice actor Dee Bradley Baker did his best Marvel animal characters during his visit to the booth.
- Jesse Falcon showed off the coolest Marvel toys!
- Before the Hall H extravaganza, Sebastian Stan joined the Russo Brothers in the Marvel booth to talk about Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame and that famous "wedding scene."
