Chatting with Dax ExclamationPoint on a New 'Marvel's Voices'

Angélique Roché sits down with Dax ExclamationPoint for a talk about cosplay, Storm, and more!

Stories are not only told in words and images; they can also be brought to life through our fashion and personal style.

And cosplay allows us to level up that concept—to bring characters we know and love into reality. Cosplay tells the story of our passions and highlights the characters we admire through the work that is put into the paint, stitching, wigs, makeup, and so much more. It short, it is an art form that brings our favorite characters from page and screen to real life.

On this week's Marvel's Voices, I had a chance to sit down with Dax ExclamationPoint to talk about remaking herself in her favorite Marvel characters’ images, walking in heels on hard concrete Comic-Con floors, studying sequential art, the first time she did drag, and the impact of Marvel on her life and career.
