Biography

Biography

The genius scientist and surgeon Dr. Arthur Harrow performs unscrupulous surgeries on unwilling patients in order to cure himself of his painful paralysis.

Seeking a Cure

Suffering from paralysis in his face and its debilitating, agonizing pain, Dr. Arthur Harrow seeks to cure his ailment by any means necessary. While working as an agent for O.M.N.I.U.M., he performs experiments, once used by Auschwitz scientists, upon peasant laborers.

Scientist and Surgeon

Harrow is a highly intelligent scientist and surgeon. His advancements in medicine lead him to be nominated for a Nobel Prize.

Adversaries

Dr. Victoria Grail is one of Harrow’s rivals. She doesn’t believe his advancements in medicine were achieved on his own and she publicly voices her suspicions to the Nobel Prize committee. She continues to investigate his work further.

Marc Spector, AKA Moon Knight, allies with Dr. Grail against Harrow but despite his efforts, Harrow escapes his grasp.

Suspicious Allies

The think tank known as O.M.N.I.U.M. backs Harrow’s work, providing funds, lab equipment, and Auschwitz documents. Due to their tenuous allyship, he plans to leave them once he achieves his goal.

A History of Heinous Experiments

When Harrow was tapped to win a Nobel Prize in medicine for his work in pain theory, the rival Dr. Victoria Grail became suspicious of his work and called his nomination into question. She investigated how his work could have advanced so quickly when his public documents indicated only animal trials. She discovered documents detailing experiments performed in Auschwitz-Birkenau, tying them back to Harrow. Despite the Nuremberg Tribunal ordering the destruction of these documents, they seemingly disappeared thanks to a secret think tank only known as O.M.N.I.U.M. Now convinced that Harrow was continuing these experiments, the Nobel Committee sent her to interview him to get the truth out. During this time, Harrow was supposedly studying animals in Mexico.

Sure enough, Harrow was performing crimes against humanity by surgically placing electrodes inside the body of unwilling laborers. He desensitized them so that they couldn’t feel pain. He thought his work would go further than those in Auschwitz; deriving a chemical formula that would eliminate the usage of electrodes. Moon Knight and Dr. Grail interrupted his experiment, but soon were distracted after Harrow set a jaguar on them. With control over his patients, he ordered them to kill the intruders, allowing him time to flee from his attackers. He escaped to Paraguay where O.M.N.I.U.M. allowed him to continue his experimental work.
