In his attempt to create god-like beings to serve him, the High Evolutionary granted an unidentified convict with the powers of the Teutonic Fire god and given the name of Loga. The High Evolutionary revealed to the Asgardain Thunder god Thor that Loga was fashioned after his mischievous half-brother Loki, but his mind burned with the fury of the flame and all history of his criminal exploits had been erased from his mind. Loga would battled alongside his comrades against the forces of the Man-Beast and New Men all former creations of the High Evolutionary.
