Nothing but a two-bit criminal, Third Rail spent his time in and out of prison and got his kicks from hassling women. Soon after doing another stint at Rikers, Third Rail became a victim of the mysterious Judge while attempting to rape and brutalize Daily Bugle reporter Katherine Farrell.
