The Weapon Plus Program has resulted in the creation of various Superhumans including Captain America (Steve Rogers) from Weapon I, Nuke (Agent Simpson) from Weapon VII, Wolverine, Sabretooth, Maverick, John Wraith, Silver Fox, and Mastodon from Weapon X, and Fantomex from Weapon XIII.
