Strike Fear Into Everyone This Halloween -- Carve a Pumpkin Into Thanos

Want to terrify anyone who comes to your door this Halloween? Consider turning a pumpkin into a tribute to the Mad Titan! Artist Dillen Phelps used Jim Starlin's classic style to create this easy-to-do stencil of Thanos. Watch the video above for a look at the process behind the carving, then check out these tips, download the stencil, and do it yourself!

• Use a pumpkin that has a somewhat flat surface so you can better place the stencil.
• Before carving, use scotch tape to stick the stencil to the pumpkin so you can score it first.
• While this takes under a minute in time lapse, give yourself an hour or so to carve your own Thanos!
