The Second RunDisney Virtual 5K Series Medal Revealed

The Captain Marvel-themed medal will inspire participants to go higher, further, faster!

The runDisney Virtual 5K Series began unveiling its Marvel-themed medals yesterday, beginning with August’s Black Panther medal. Today, the day before registration officially begins, Marvel reveals the second medal – Captain Marvel will serve as the symbol for the runDisney Virtual June 5K!

This year’s runDisney Virtual 5K Series is celebrating Marvel’s 80th anniversary, and the medals accompanying each Challenge will bear the symbol of Marvel Super Heroes. Participants will have the option to complete one Challenge or all three, which will earn competitors a bonus medal plus a commemorative Challenge coin! The full event runs from June 1 to August 31. Here is the full slate:

Virtual June 5K: Captain Marvel
Virtual July 5K: Iron Man
Virtual August 5K: Black Panther
Challenge: Marvel's 80th Anniversary

Registration for the runDisney Virtual 5K Series begins tomorrow, Friday, March 29, at 10:00 AM ET at rundisney.com.
