Transform Into the Miraculous Dazzler for Halloween

This Halloween, *dazzle* them all!

What You’ll Need:

• Wipe, toner, or witch hazel
• Water-based blue and black body paint
• Blue eyeshadow
• Glitter primer
• Glitter makeup
• Rhinestones
• Sheer lip balm
• Pink lipstick
• Pink lip gloss
• Black mascara
• Bright blue contacts (optional)
• Varying sizes of makeup brushes

How To: DIY Dazzler-Inspired Makeup

1. Clean face with wipe, toner, or witch hazel; air dry
2. Add blue body paint (water-based preferred)
   a. Moisturize parts of the face you’re painting
   b. Trace mask on face with small angled brush
   c. Make sure both sides are symmetrical
3. Fill inside the mask as a base before the glitter
   a. Use the same shade of blue or light blue shades
   b. The more shades you use, the more 3-D the mask will look
4. Apply blue eyeshadow (adds more shimmer to the look)
   a. Add eye shadow to other parts of the mask, to make it look less flat
   b. Use finger to spread eyeshadow
5. Apply glitter primer around eyes
   a. Outline the part you want to emphasize with glitter
   b. Use blue glitter
6. Apply rhinestones to the corner of the eyes
7. Outline mask with black paint to add definition
   a. Use black paint lightly
8. Prep lips with lip balm
9. Add glitter above the lips
10. Apply pink lipstick lightly
    a. Add lip gloss
11. Add mascara and darken eyebrows
12. Optional: Add blue contacts to make the eyes shine
13. Add the wig!
