Zombies Overrun Marvel Games This Halloween

This Halloween, the undead rise in all your favorite titles from Marvel Games! From events inspired by Marvel Animation’s Marvel Zombies to other monstrosities lurking in the shadows, stave off the horrors of the night or prepare to walk among them!

Marvel Rivals

Over in Marvel Rivals, infiltrate zombie-infected Midtown New York alongside your teammates to find and stop the Queen of the Dead, no matter the cost. In this all-new PvE Mode inspired by Marvel Animation’s Marvel Zombies, play as Thor, Blade, Magik, Jeff, or The Punisher to fight off endless hordes of the undead. If you survive each wave, you’ll have to face off against Zombie Namor and The Queen of the Dead as bosses, fighting to save the world from getting totally zombified.

Discover each hero’s unique abilities in this new Mode: Charge through the hordes as Jeff, slice and dice with Blade's Moon Blades, shock zombies with Thor in his persistent Awakened state, or go berserk as Magik in her unlimited Darkchild form! Hone your epic combat skills against the zombie swarms and protect the streets of New York City.

MARVEL Future Fight 

Inspired by Marvel Animation's Marvel Zombies, the MARVEL Future Fight v1130 update introduces new character costumes for Captain Marvel, Scarlet Witch, Shang-Chi, and Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan)! Battle through the revamped zombie survival mode and unlock Tier-4 advancements for Shang-Chi and Captain Marvel.

MARVEL SNAP

MARVEL SNAP ushers in its new season just in time for Halloween with the Undead Horde! The dead are rising and they’ve brought a brand new Keyword Mechanic along with them. Alongside new zombified versions of some of your favorite cards, give Power to your Zombie Horde with “Horde” and leave your opponents shaking in fear. And if you don’t have a horde, create one at another location first.

MARVEL Mystic Mayhem

Meanwhile, madness returns to MARVEL Mystic Mayhem! When Nightmare's influence twists the mind of Norman Osborn, chaos reigns across Dreamscape. Will the heroes restore order—or be consumed by the madness? Check out Version 1.3: Mad Reign, live on October 23 (PDT)!

Marvel Contest of Champions

The spirits of Halloween completely take over Marvel Contest of Champions, as marked by the arrival of frightening new Champions! Dracula stalks the night as a sorcerer, nobleman, and monster, and on October 30, Franken-Castle, a stitched-up and grizzled Punisher, enters the Battlerealm. Both Champions will be available in Bundles, Crystals, and Arenas. And Dragon Man, Nightcrawler, Abomination (Immortal), and Red Goblin will also be released via Arenas and Crystals during this update!

New players can also partake in the Halloween festivities with the Mighty Monsters Bundle Giveaway! This October, all new players can instantly unlock 10 FREE 3-Star Champions, with additional resources and consumables available within a 14-Day Supply Drop Calendar if they continue to log in.

A variety of in-game events will also haunt the Contest of Champions this fall, starting with the Hunger and Cure Realm Event. Between Octover 8 and 29, Summoners can choose whether they will spread or cure the Hunger Virus that plagues the Battlerealm. By the end of this period, if the Cure Event has the most points, a Cure-themed Quest node will be added to the November and December Event Quest, Side-Quest, and Battlegrounds. Alternatively, if the Hunger Event reigns supreme, a Hunger-themed Quest node will be added to the previously mentioned events.

Children of Night, an Event Quest running from October 8 to November 5, will mix sinister science to produce some chilling creations and hairy situations. This Hallowe’en-centric Monster Mash features Man-Thing, Werewolf By Night, Dracula, Franken-Castle, Morbius, Dark Beast, Nightcrawler, and more the monstrous secrets of the Contest are unveiled at last. Plus, the fan-favorite lil’ Symbiote is on its way back to the Contest of Champions! Summoners will received a special Summoned Symbiote as they dive into Incursions between October 15 and November 5.

MARVEL Strike Force

The Undying team has returned to haunt  MARVEL Strike Force during this Halloween season!

S.T.R.I.K.E. fear into enemies when Kestrel (Zombie) portals into the Undying horde! Unearth Kestrel (Zombie) shards and power up your Undying team during Amassed Horde event! Join Hela as she "recruits" Kestrel to her Undying horde of zombies.

Kestrel (Zombie) is a brand-new character and the final member of the Undying team. On War Offense, she tears through enemies with Unavoidable attacks that inflict Bleed and Expose. Support your allies with a ravenous follow-up attack whenever an enemy suffering from Bleed is targeted. While Kestrel (Zombie) remains above 50% Health, enemies can’t gain Safeguard, and Undying allies are immune to Ability Block.
