Ghost Rider’s Flaming Wings
Cook up a delectable dish inspired by the Spirit of Vengeance!

2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints, tips removed
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne pepper, to taste
4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1/3 cup Sriracha
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prep a baking sheet by lining it with foil and placing a wire rack on top. Grease the rack with non-stick spray.
Dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Set aside.
In a large sealable plastic bag, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper and fresh black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
