The Master returned this week when writer Gene Luen Yang and artists Dike Ruan and Philip Tan's team-up, SHANG-CHI, hit comic shop shelves everywhere.

We discovered that an ancient and evil secret organization, The Five Weapons Society, has been in hiding since the death of their leader, Zheng Zhu. However, as Sister Hammer makes a play for the Supreme Commander seat, killing Brother Staff, readers discovered that Zheng Zhu's shrine has chosen a new successor—Shang-Chi!

The end of Issue #1 has Shang-Chi, who currently is residing in San Francisco, realizing his younger sister that he long thought was dead (aka Sister Hammer) is very much alive. Determined to save his little sister, he is unaware that Sister Hammer plans on killing her big brother herself.
