Smith has a lot to say about survival, storytelling, and comics in this epic TWIM interview!

This edition of This Week in Marvel is a really special one as Ryan and Jamie welcome filmmaker and comic writer Kevin Smith! Smith stopped by to promote his Showtime standup special “Kevin Smith: Silent But Deadly” (which premiered May 11 and is currently available on Showtime) and to talk about the massive heart attack he had right after filming the show. Despite the heavy subject matter, the conversation was fascinating, funny, and — befitting of Smith — full of amazing stories, including Smith’s work as a writer on DAREDEVIL and more.

Ryan also talks about his recent visit to Los Angeles to support Little Free Library, a wonderful cause that builds libraries in the communities that need them the most. Plus: Ryan and Jamie have their picks of the week and an enlightening segment on hair talk (facial hair, head hair, you name it).
